The Amersham Carnival is not as big these days. It's great that people are
prepared to still put in all the hard work that goes into taking part. The
Carnivals of years gone by were better with many more taking part,
although they did not perhaps have as much red tape, health and safety and
insurance issues (all good things to take account of) to contend with as
they do now.
